Welcome to Yours Truly Signings. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your interactions with Yours Truly Signings for mobile notary, apostille facilitation, document preparation, courier, I-9 authorized representative, loan signing, and other services we may offer.

Services

Services are provided subject to availability, applicable law, service-area limitations, required documentation, identification requirements, appointment confirmation, and payment terms.

Submission of a website form, message, or service request does not guarantee acceptance of an assignment, availability, appointment time, government approval, processing time, or outcome. We will confirm scope, availability, and applicable fees before services are finalized.

Notary Services

Customers are responsible for providing complete documents, required signers, acceptable identification, and any witnesses required by the document or requesting organization.

Yours Truly Signings cannot select a notarial act for a customer, determine which document a customer needs, or provide legal advice.

Apostille Facilitation

Yours Truly Signings is a private business and is not a government agency. Apostilles and other official certifications are issued by the appropriate government authority.

We may provide logistical assistance, facilitation, document handling, courier services, and related administrative support where appropriate. Government processing times, acceptance, certification, and outcomes are outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Document Preparation

Document preparation services are limited to services permitted under applicable Nevada law and the scope selected or directed by the customer.

At Yours Truly Signings we are not Attorneys in the state of Nevada. We are not authorized to give legal advice or legal representation. We may not accept fees for giving legal advice or legal representation.

Customers who need legal advice, legal strategy, interpretation of rights, or representation should consult a licensed attorney.

Appointments and Fees

Pricing may vary based on the service requested, number of documents or signers, travel, witnesses, courier services, shipping, filing or government charges, urgency, and other applicable factors.

Customers will receive applicable pricing or a quote before confirming services where appropriate.

Government, filing, shipping, courier, and other third-party fees may be separate from Yours Truly Signings service fees.

Cancellations and Changes

Please notify us as soon as possible if an appointment must be changed or canceled. Certain travel, courier, document-processing, or third-party costs already incurred may be nonrefundable where permitted by law and disclosed before service.

SMS and Communications

Customers may choose to receive service-related or promotional text messages from Yours Truly Signings.

Service-related SMS messages may include inquiry responses, quotes, scheduling information, appointment confirmations, reminders, service-status updates, and customer-support messages.

Marketing SMS messages may include information about services, promotions, and business updates only when the customer has separately opted in where required.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Carrier Liability

You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS messaging program or provide consent to receive text messages from Yours Truly Signings.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following instructions from the organization, agency, lender, title company, government authority, or other party requesting the document or service.

Customers should not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, SMS, or unsecured email unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.

Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, government agencies, payment processors, shipping providers, technology vendors, or other service providers. Their services and policies may be governed by separate terms.
